I’m Paola (pow-lah), Studio Sinaya’s founder and lead learning experience designer.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve created a wide range of learning experiences, from self-paced courses for educators to in-app guidance for global technology teams. My goal is always the same: to make complex information clear, engaging and deeply human. These days, that means I mostly work with paint, markers and paper: tactile tools, real conversations and a little something you can take home.
I started my career in television, crafting stories about sustainable living and social entrepreneurship. That’s where I discovered how storytelling can spark connection and lasting change. Later, working in the nonprofit sector, I saw how thoughtful learning design could empower people and communities.
With a Master’s degree in Learning Sciences and Technology, I now create multifaceted learning journeys that bring clarity and joy to every learner. I’m endlessly curious about how stories, creativity and good design can come together to make learning more meaningful and accessible for everyone.
